Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days from your original shipment date. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us within 5 days of delivery date, also please return it to us within 21 days from the date your order was shipped. Buxom Couture does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. Due to the rapid turn over, Buxom Couture does not offer exchanges. Please check our return procedures.

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We will not accept the return if there is a sign of wear such as stains, make up and deodorant. 

Items NOT Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

• All accessories including jewelry, bags, scarves, beauty/cosmetics are Final Sale.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are Final Sale.
• All markdown items in the sales collection are final Sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.

 

Please complete a return request form on the original invoice and include it on your return package. If return form is not filled out correctly or missing, there will be delays in processing. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.
